We are excited to announce a new series of webinars on self-help methods for body-focused repetitive behaviors. Furthermore, part 1 is available right now for BFRB Club members!

The series will contain four parts, dealing with different facets of body-focused repetitive behaviors and how to use a variety of psychotherapeutic techniques to get your picking and/or pulling under control. If you join the club, there might be a mini webinar coming up in the next two weeks for those of you who have already gone through habit reversal, as a special treat.

The first webinar in the series deals with the habitual aspect of BFRBs and how to address them on your own, through a simplified version of habit reversal training. The webinar is made to be easily applied and flexible enough for everyone to customize it make it their own.
