Four Steps Coaching’s BFRB Club is a safe space for everyone who struggles with body-focused repetitive behaviors such as skin picking or hair pulling. Whether this is a new problem you’re facing or you’ve been struggling with it for a long time – everyone is welcome!

Even though therapy is a fantastic tool for healing, that's not where all of it takes place. Sharing your lived experience and having people to support you on your journey is as important. It really does take a village. So I made one!

What are BFRBs?

BFRB is short for body-focused repetitive behaviors. This is an umbrella term for a wider group of connected disorders. These include conditions like excoriation disorder (dermatillomania), trichotillomania, rhinotillexomania (nose picking), nail biting, cheek biting, etc.

What makes us unique?

We combine elements that can’t be found anywhere online or offline: we are a platform where you can get clinical and scientific information about BFRBs, where you can tell your story and read other people’s stories, where you can get support and learn how to curb your BFRB at your own pace and on your own terms.

The BFRB Club is your safe space to learn, share, stay accountable and cope successfully!
